Job Summary
Office Manager role overseeing branch operations under the Branch Manager. Responsibilities include assisting with dispatching duties, managing credit and collections, producing and mailing invoices, promoting workplace safety, recruiting by handling applications, and ensuring payroll processes. Requires a High School Diploma, strong Microsoft Office skills, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask under pressure with autonomous work ethic. Schedule in-office Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm and every other Saturday. Located in Knoxville, TN, with in-person work arrangement and opportunities for bonuses and benefits as part of Staff Zone’s offerings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task under pressure
- Autonomous work ethic (ability to perform duties without direct supervision)
- Must be able to work a schedule in office Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm and every other Saturday
- Recruiting, in way of taking applications
- Process credit applications for new clients
- Ensure workforce is paid correctly and efficiently; assist with payroll
- Promote safety in the workplace
