Job Summary

Support the Chief Representative with daily operations, ensuring compliance with BNY policies, procedures, and applicable local regulatory requirements. Manage office administration including facilities coordination, supplies, vendor management, and service reliability while maintaining accurate administrative and accounting documentation. Provide comprehensive administrative support such as calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and correspondence. Coordinate logistics for fly-in visitors and internal partners to ensure professional onsite experiences and meeting readiness. Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers, triaging and resolving issues promptly. Assist in implementing and communicating BNY policies and standards while supporting basic risk and compliance routines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3–5+ years of office administration or operations support experience, ideally in professional services or financial services
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills; high attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction; exercises sound judgment and discretion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency with standard office productivity tools; ability to learn internal systems quickly
  • Service-oriented mindset; professionalism handling sensitive or confidential information
  • This role is located in Thailand (Bangkok)

  • Assist implementation and communication of BNY policies, standards, and processes; track completion of required routines
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support (calendar, travel coordination, meeting preparation, correspondence, document management)
  • Coordinate logistics for fly-in visitors & records keeping and internal partners; ensure professional onsite experience and meeting readiness
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers; triage and resolve issues promptly
  • Support basic risk and compliance routines (e.g., record-keeping, attestations, documentation updates)
