Job Summary
Office Manager responsible for all phases of job costing within specialized software and QuickBooks Online, managing daily franchise operations when the owner is unavailable, maintaining accounting records with a CPA, handling intake calls and accounts payable/receivable, and establishing rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, and subcontractors while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, growth-oriented restoration and reconstruction franchise.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Quick Books Online experience
