Job Summary
Office Manager sought to lead all office operations, coordinating between clients, field teams, and insurance partners; responsibilities include scheduling, customer service, financial administration, compliance documentation, HR support, vendor management, onboarding/offboarding, payroll administration, reporting, and keeping office processes aligned with franchise goals. Oversees Administrative Assistants, Receptionist/Dispatchers, and AP/AR Administrators; ensures training, certification documentation, vendor and subcontractor compliance, and timely payroll allocations; maintains office technology and processes and generates performance reports to support franchise operations.
