Job Summary
Office Manager and Service Dispatcher overseeing day-to-day office operations, serving as first point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors, coordinating service orders and dispatching to technicians, handling invoices and basic bookkeeping, supporting HR onboarding and personnel files, coordinating vendors/building management, maintaining office policies and procedures, and assisting with events and special projects. Requires a high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s preferred) and 2+ years in administrative roles; includes calendar management, room scheduling, reporting, and basic ERP/bookkeeping tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years in administrative or office coordination roles
- Basic AP/AR or bookkeeping exposure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Strong organization, accuracy, and prioritization
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Discretion with confidential information
- Able to lift or move up to 20 lbs
- Preferred Qualifications – Experience in chemicals, facilities, distribution, or field service environments
- Experience in QuickBooks
