Job Summary
Office Manager responsible for coordinating scheduling, onboarding new employees, managing client and caregiver communications, preparing welcome packets, supporting payroll and accounting, assisting with recruitment and training, and providing marketing support while maintaining organized, compliant, confidential records. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with HIPAA compliance and proficiency in Microsoft Office; it is an in-office, full-time position with compensation $22-$24/hour and located in Springdale, Arkansas.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office management, healthcare administration, or staffing/scheduling
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Calm and adaptable; sound judgment, critical thinking and problem-solving
- HIPAA compliance in all aspects of the position
- Experience with WellSky platform preferred, not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Successfully pass a background check and other pre-employment screenings
- Must have a valid and current Arkansas state driver’s license and insurance
