Job Summary

Office Manager responsible for a diverse set of administrative tasks to support the office, region or division leadership. Responsibilities include analyzing and organizing office operations, facilities management, information and records management, clerical services, front-office functions, and coordination of conference/training room scheduling. Will act as point of contact for translation from English to Spanish as needed, maintain professional interaction with customers and vendors, and ensure efficient workflows through standardized procedures, retention and retrieval of records, and reporting. Requires a Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years related experience; strong organizational, communication, and office-procedure skills; and ability to manage multiple clerical departments and front-office responsibilities.
