Job Summary
Oversee daily office operations and lead the sales/service team: respond to client inquiries, assist the sales force with marketing calls, manage invoicing, scheduling, and data entry, maintain office equipment and supplies, track and report performance, and support HR paperwork. Strong emphasis on leadership, organizational and communication skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration with teams across the company.
Required Qualifications
- 2 -5 years managing an office and staff
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with little supervision
- Data entry and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be authorized to lawfully work in the U.S.
