Job Summary
This in-office position serves as both an Office Manager and Registered Assistant, supporting wealth management operations while overseeing administrative functions. Ideal candidates will be proactive and detail-oriented, managing multiple priorities effectively and fostering client relationships with professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 65 or 66 required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration and/or financial services preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial software systems (previous experience with Pershing or Schwab is a plus).

Additional Requirements
