Job Summary

This in-office position serves as both an Office Manager and Registered Assistant, supporting wealth management operations while overseeing administrative functions. Ideal candidates will be proactive and detail-oriented, managing multiple priorities effectively and fostering client relationships with professionalism.

Required Qualifications

  • FINRA Series 65 or 66 required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration and/or financial services preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial software systems (previous experience with Pershing or Schwab is a plus).
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to client service excellence.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to work in office from 8am to 5pm daily.
