Job Summary
Oversee daily administrative operations of a Dallas-based real estate services firm, including managing the company calendar, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining records and templates, and supporting HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration. Lead vendor and contract management, payroll-related assistance, and expense tracking while supporting leadership with KPI reporting and organizational initiatives. Requires organization, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in office administration, office management, human resources support, or business operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
