Job Summary
Part-time Office Manager to run the SF office three days a week (Mon, Tue, Thu), 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, on-site at Productboard SF. Responsible for front-of-house reception, visitor greeting, mail/shipping coordination, kitchen and supplies, monthly all-hands support, vendor coordination, budget tracking, onboarding/offboarding support, and event logistics. Collaborates with People, IT, Finance and in-office partners; contributes to a welcoming, organized, and connected office culture. Requires strong hospitality, organization, follow-through, and basic AV/tech comfort; proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack; able to work on-site in downtown SF with occasional early all-hands setup. Benefits include relocation for EU moves and a compensation range of $40–$48 per hour (part-time, non-exempt).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in office management, office coordination, facilities, hospitality, or front-desk/administrative roles.
