Job Summary

Office Manager will oversee all phases of job costing within specialized software and QuickBooks Online, manage daily franchise operations when the owner is unavailable, maintain accounting and financial records with a CPA, perform intake service calls and AP/AR functions, and communicate empathetically and efficiently via modern technology. The role requires strong accounting knowledge (debits/credits, use of QuickBooks Online), excellent communication, the ability to establish rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, and team members, and a focus on cost accuracy and timely operations in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
