Job Summary

Greet employees, guests, and vendors as the first point of contact for the Denver office while managing mail, packages, and courier deliveries. Oversee day-to-day office operations by maintaining inventory of supplies, coordinating with building management and vendors for maintenance, and tracking expenses. Support minor facilities projects, run local errands using a personal vehicle, and coordinate monthly office meals and events. Partner with the Senior Executive Assistant on VIP visits and ensure the workspace remains tidy and functional. Work fully on-site Monday through Thursday from 10am to 4pm.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration, reception, front desk, or office coordinator role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and interruptions in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information and representing WTG to visitors and vendors
  • Reliable and punctual during scheduled work hours
  • Current, valid Colorado Driver's License
  • reliable transportation for local errands
  • Ability to work fully on-site in the Denver office during all scheduled hours

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating office logistics
  • Prior experience supporting a corporate office or professional services environment
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted tools
  • willingness to adopt emerging technologies to improve workflows, analysis, and decision-making
  • Notary Public commission (Colorado), or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months
  • Light bookkeeping experience or coursework (invoice coding, expense reconciliation, purchase orders)
  • Prior experience in the energy, oil and gas, or midstream industry
  • Familiarity with building and property management coordination and small-office vendor management
  • Event planning or hospitality background
