Job Summary
Manage logistics, workflow automation, and office administration to support high-growth operations. Build and maintain onboarding, offboarding, contracting, and scheduling workflows while overseeing office culture, service providers, and regular social events. Assist with cross-functional projects including month-end bookkeeping, payment runs, and sales team planning. Handle IT and AV setup for hybrid meetings and ensure contract filing systems remain robust. Work in-person in London, Victoria, with a hybrid schedule of three to four days per week.

- We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices
- this is a hybrid role (standardly 3 but for this role, sometimes 4 days a week in-person) in Victoria
