Job Summary
Office Manager responsible for office maintenance, facilities management, access control, licensing/compliance tracking, and supporting office events. Manages HVAC maintenance contracts, fire safety testing, janitorial services, vendor relationships, and license tracking across states. Coordinates with the events team, ensures supplies and workspace setups for new employees, and supports regulatory compliance and office operations to maintain an efficient, compliant, and well-organized office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in office management, facilities coordination, or administrative support
- Experience working with vendors and negotiating contracts is preferred
- Demonstrated professionalism and adherence to company values
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Superior oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management tools
- Knowledge of licensing requirements and regulatory compliance is a plus
