Job Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for supervising support staff, monitoring billing areas, hiring and training staff, and maintaining office supplies. Key responsibilities include preparing accurate records and reports, assisting with data preparation and entry, coordinating with the MIS department, and fulfilling front desk duties as needed. Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 18 years old. Administrative experience is preferred.

Additional Requirements
- All candidates, if hired, will be expected to cooperate with Oaks Integrated Care and The Department of Human Services in all inspections and investigations.
