Job Summary

Office Manager role overseeing general office operations, front desk supervision, and coordination with clinical and non-clinical staff. Responsibilities include managing office policies, supervising front desk staff, coordinating scheduling and staff training, maintaining professional communications with partnering agencies, and ensuring efficient financial workflows such as monitoring point-of-service collections. Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business or health related field preferred
  • One to two years’ experience in a public health setting
  • CPR / BLS Certification preferred
