Job Summary
Office Manager supervises and processes resident payments, monitors staff certifications, records meeting minutes, performs all front office functions, and supervises the Secretary and File Clerk. The Office Manager is a member of the Normandie Village management team. Responsibilities include supervising daily office operations, drafting communications, coordinating admissions and discharges, maintaining client charts and HIPAA disclosures, handling accounts payable and billing, managing training and staff development, and providing administrative supervision to the Program Director and clinical staff. Requires high school diploma and 3-5 years of supervisory experience; experience in mental health or corrections environment, billing/accounting, and background clearances are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Experience in mental health or corrections environment
- Experience in billing, bookkeeping/accounting and/or money handling
- One year experience in mental health facility or with medical records
- Must pass DOJ, FBI, and CCL background clearance
- Valid California Driver’s license
- TB clearance
- Driving record acceptable for insurance
