Job Summary
Monitor visitor entry and exit, greet patients and visitors, and direct them to appropriate rooms. Collect co-pays, deductibles, and previous balances while posting payments to patient accounts. Schedule appointments, answer telephone inquiries, and use software systems to look up patient information. Manage the practice alongside mental health professionals and neurofeedback technicians, overseeing 300+ patients on a full-time basis with limited supervision.
