Also involves facilities coordination, travel logistics, and leveraging AI productivity tools to streamline workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chief of Staff or Office Manager
- Experience managing corporate travel and coordinating events of varying scale
- Familiarity with office operations, facilities management, and vendor coordination
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar/email management tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with or willingness to learn AI productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) to enhance executive support, streamline workflows, and improve task efficiency
