Job Summary
Greet and prepare patients for exams, record vital signs, and update medical histories while ensuring examination rooms are clean, stocked, and organized. Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical office to ensure efficiency, manage scheduling and patient flow, and handle ordering and inventory of medical supplies. Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and manage lab specimen collection in full compliance with HIPAA regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency with electronic medical records systems. Located within senior facilities, the position offers a competitive hourly rate of $23–$25, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full-time
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or certification in Medical Assisting
- Previous experience in medical office management or healthcare administration
