Job Summary
Oversee staff in Terre Haute, including Visitation, Office clerks, and HBCW, while managing cases via regional Excel sheets and Case Management Pro as ADMIN. Create Home-Based Case Work/SV folders, training folders, and employee folders, then load and review client data including case names, members, referrals, and services needed. Monitor WhatsApp Group Chats to correlate notes, ensuring employees complete daily notes within 48 hours. Update and organize Referral Binder cancellations by region, manage car seat inventory, and maintain a minimum caseload of three. Schedule meetings for training, facilitate events at the Terre Haute Office, and conduct second interviews. Act as a liaison for Vigo, Parke, Vermillion, Sullivan, Clay, and Marion County DCS, attending Provider Fairs in Region 8 and Region 10, ISU Career Fairs, and DCS fairs to make routine stops with merch and treats. Recruit students from undergraduate and graduate programs. Maintain consistency with scheduled appointments and document accurate attendance records while researching community resources.
