Job Summary
We’re seeking a skilled Office Manager/Administrative Support specialist responsible for managing in-office needs, supporting the leadership team, and overseeing business operations through administrative support tasks. The role entails preparing reports for sales, research, and data analysis projects while interacting with colleagues across all levels. It requires experience in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, strong time management, organizational skills, and effective communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced environment in an administrative role across sales, marketing, operations, finance, or other industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, and social networking platforms
- Strong time management skills; adept at setting priorities and managing deadlines
- Ability to plan and organize, manage projects and multitask with competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills
