Job Summary
Office Manager will oversee HR, warehouse safety, and general office administration/clerical work. Duties include HR intake, coordinating with HR for complex issues, drug screening referrals, administering programs and policies, administering warehouse and production safety programs, maintaining training records and employment documentation, handling terminations and disciplinary actions, and supporting office procedures and events. Requires 4+ years of administrative or HR experience, HR generalist/coordinator experience, safety program administration, English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook). On-site in Lancaster, PA, full-time position with a hands-on environment and opportunities to see real-world impact.
Required Qualifications
- at least 4 years of administrative or human resources experience in any combination of practical experience and/or education
- Human Resources experience as a generalist or coordinator
- Warehouse or manufacturing safety program administration
- Ability to speak, read, and communicate in English
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 family of products, specifically Excel and Outlook
- Willingness to work in-person in a professional office setting
