Job Summary
Serve as the primary front office presence during designated hours, welcoming students, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Lead the coordination and execution of school-wide fundraising efforts, including the annual auction, while actively supporting donor communication, alumni engagement, and stewardship to strengthen financial sustainability. Maintain current student enrollment records, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate, and assist families with forms, documentation, and general school processes. Support day-to-day administrative operations, including phones, scheduling, and office coordination, while collaborating with the principal and staff to support school events and community engagement.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with families, donors, and community members
- Welcoming, collaborative, and service-oriented approach to working with families and staff
- Experience in a school or office setting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
