Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day running of the Myrtleford office, creating a professional environment for staff, visitors, and contractors while coordinating administration, records, and compliance across farm and pellet plant operations. Support seasonal recruitment, onboarding, and workforce administration during harvest and pelleting periods, working closely with finance, HR, and payroll on invoicing, employee records, and timesheets. Manage office systems and document control to ensure accuracy and efficiency within a busy agricultural and processing environment. This permanent full-time role requires some Saturday work during the March harvest period.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in office administration, office management or a similar coordination role
- Strong organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence leading, supporting or coordinating a small administration team
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities independently
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with business systems and records
- This is a permanent full-time role based in Myrtleford, with some Saturday work required during our March harvest period
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with payroll administration, compliance or quality systems would be highly regarded
