Job Summary
Office Manager role based on-site at our Villard Bonnot, France office. Responsibilities include managing reception tasks, visitor and security sign-in, procurement of supplies (office setup, stationery, PPE, uniforms), supporting process improvements, onboarding new starters and coordinating with France Local HR and regional HRBP, overseeing office/site maintenance and issue resolution (utilities, cleaning), organizing events and supporting wellbeing initiatives, participating in D&I activities, coordinating workshops/training logistics (catering, venues, room bookings) and communicating site activity to staff. Qualifications include 3-5 years in administrative/office management, invoicing/purchase order systems, strong Office 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams), excellent organization and English/French communication, independence, teamwork, empathy, and a positive can-do attitude.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years working in a professional environment in an administrative or office management capacity
- Knowledge of using Invoicing/purchase order systems
- Proficient in Office 365: Excel, Word, PPT, Sharepoint, Teams
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Ability to work independently
- Enthusiastic, a team player, and a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to build and develop relationships with the team, having empathy and a supportive approach
