Job Summary
Office Manager (Front Desk & Admin) for the TLV office. Responsibilities include overseeing the front desk (visitors, vendors, couriers), handling office logistics (cafeteria operations, equipment, supplies, cleaning services), providing administrative assistance to employees and senior managers, supporting the HR team with administrative tasks, and assisting the recruiting team. The role requires working from the office 5 days a week and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; Canva is beneficial. A hi-tech or business-environment experience is an advantage.
