Job Summary
Office Manager at Floor Coverings International: manage customer relationships, convert leads to appointments for the sales team, coordinate scheduling and installation, assist with local marketing efforts, and maintain organized financials using QuickBooks. Responsibilities include customer management, marketing support (local events, home shows, community engagement), coordinating production and installation schedules, updating Salesforce/production boards, handling job costs and expenses, and attending owner meetings. Must be organized, communicative, and able to work independently; full-time with paid training and opportunities like annual conventions. No explicit degree required; 1-3 years experience preferred; location Fuquay-Varina, NC.
