Job Summary
Coordinate core leadership meetings and company events, managing logistics, materials, and follow-up items. Partner with IT to maintain email distribution lists and communication tools while providing general administrative support such as filing, organizing documents, and processing paperwork. Monitor office supply inventory, place orders, and serve as the primary liaison with vendors for equipment, catering, and repairs. Maintain kitchens, conference rooms, and stockrooms in a clean, organized manner, and coordinate guest visits including scheduling and hospitality needs. Act as the point of contact for office inquiries and manage mail distribution. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and includes perks like espresso and snacks. You will work closely with employees, leaders, and cross-functional partners to ensure the Madison office runs smoothly.
