Job Summary
Office Manager will lead a high-visibility retail-office operation focused on delivering Total Patient Experience (TPE) while driving sales and profitability. Responsible for overall office performance, team management, HR functions (recruitment, coaching, KPI reviews), training, safety/compliance (HIPAA/OSHA), merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to cash handling policies. Build strong relationships with doctors, act as liaison between clinicians and the office team, oversee scheduling, meetings, reporting, and supply ordering, and ensure facilities meet corporate standards. A state Optician’s License may be required for states where the company operates; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is expected.
Required Qualifications
- HSD or GED
- Mangement experience required
- ABO, NCLE, LDO could be preferred
