Job Summary
Office Manager / Executive Support responsible for the smooth running of the office and providing high-level executive support to senior leaders. Duties include facilities management (health and safety audits, office upkeep, procurement, supplier coordination), visitor management, and front-of-house; executive assistance (complex diary management, travel coordination, meeting support, document preparation, confidentiality); budget tracking, procurement records, vendor liaison, onboarding/offboarding support, and coordination of internal events and HR-related projects. Requires strong organisational and communication skills, stakeholder management with senior leaders, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced digital infrastructure environment.
