Job Summary
Office Manager & Executive Liaison responsible for the Makati HQ’s daily operations and for supporting the US-based CEO/President. Serves as the primary gatekeeper for the executive office, drives facilities/office operations, procurement, budget processing and travel logistics, and provides executive administrative support including calendar management, correspondence triage, meeting facilitation, and cross-functional coordination. Develops internal communications, drafts memos and presentations, tracks projects, prepares executive briefs, and promotes global employee engagement. Requires 4–5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, a Bachelor’s degree, proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace, Slack, Canva, Google Meet, and scheduling automation, and hands-on experience with procurement, facilities management, and hardware troubleshooting. Core competencies include assertive follow-up, organizational mastery, discretion, proactive problem solving, and the ability to manage competing demands from local and international stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 4–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager supporting C-level executives
- Advanced MS Office, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Canva for professional presentations
- Google Meet and scheduling automation
- Experience with procurement, facilities management, and basic hardware troubleshooting (printers, scanners, PBX)
