Job Summary
Office Manager/Executive Assistant to the President/CEO and national senior leadership, providing executive support, coordinating travel and meeting logistics, managing general office operations, onboarding and staff processes, overseeing board meeting logistics (virtual and in-person), coordinating annual staff retreats, handling quarterly deposits and bookkeeping tasks, vendor management, and ensuring compliance registrations. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 3 years as an Executive Assistant; nonprofit experience and event planning are preferred; strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
