Job Summary
Be the backbone of our operations as Office Manager: oversee end-to-end customer relationships from lead generation to project completion, shape our public image through digital channels and marketing emails, and implement/maintain administrative tracking tools to streamline processes. Develop and enforce back-office systems to ensure efficiency, and document standard operating procedures to guide operational excellence. Must be tech-savvy with strong verbal and written communication, deliver exceptional customer service, stay composed in fast-paced environments, and bring a quality-focused mindset. Spanish language skills are a plus. Previous administrative experience in a construction or painting setting is advantageous; a high school diploma is essential with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Required Qualifications
