Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a law firm’s Downtown Los Angeles office, manage human resources functions, and supervise the office support team (paralegals, secretaries, office services, records, and accounting). Requires 5+ years of office management experience in a professional services environment and proficiency with common software (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) as well as law-firm tools (iManage, FileSite, eDockets, ADP Workforce Now, and related applications).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years office management experience
- experience coordinating accounting, IT, records, and HR for a professional services firm
- proficient in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; familiarity with law-firm software including iManage, FileSite, eDockets, Excel, Best Authority, FormsWorkFlow, VirtualDoxx, ADP Workforce Now or equivalents
