Job Summary

Office Manager responsible for coordinating administrative operations across multiple sites, leading employee engagement initiatives, and serving as the primary communications liaison. Will oversee guest experiences, plan and manage a rolling calendar of events, delegate event responsibilities, coordinate meetings and town halls, manage engagement data and budgets, and support leadership in building culture and maintaining cross-functional collaboration. Requires leadership across shifts, strong organizational and budgeting skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to work across Operations, Safety, Procurement, and PX Leadership in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of administrative office experience
  • Strong leadership skills in office settings
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with data reporting and budget management
  • Experience organizing events and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
