Job Summary
Open and prepare the office each morning, ensuring common areas, conference rooms, and the kitchen are clean, organized, and fully stocked. Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail and packages while coordinating vendors, deliveries, and service appointments. Greet guests, assist with office visitors, and ensure meeting rooms are set up and ready for use. Assist with ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and helping coordinate occasional in-office events, lunches, and team gatherings. Support the People Operations and Leadership teams with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed and identify opportunities to improve the office experience.
