Job Summary
Manage supplies, groceries, IT coordination, and supplier management to keep the Hamburg office running smoothly. Lead the upcoming office move, shape the new workspace, and host internal events, rituals, and celebrations. Support onboarding and offboarding processes while partnering with cross-functional teams to maintain communication and budget oversight. Organize bi-weekly lunches and foster a welcoming environment for all staff. This 0.5 FTE role (20 hours/week) is fully on-site with fixed Tuesdays and Thursdays, reporting to the Employee Experience Manager.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in office coordination, hospitality, or event organization (or similar roles where you made things run flawlessly)
