Job Summary

Office Manager to lead local office support operations for commercial services, providing management oversight of office coordinators and partnering with market leaders to implement strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include supervising administrative staff, solving operational problems, coordinating budget discussions, ensuring CRM (Workday) data integrity, handling vendor bids and purchasing, overseeing mail room, facilities, and technology, coordinating recruiting and onboarding with HR, tracking broker licenses and professional memberships, managing events and conferences, and supporting sales and transactions. Must demonstrate project/process management, confidentiality, and strong communication skills, with experience in real estate-related administrative roles and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance or Real Estate
  • 5-10 years of administrative support experience
  • 2+ years of executive level support experience
  • Proven ability in conflict resolution
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Knowledge of real estate industry and business model
