Job Summary
Office Manager – Customer Service Operations overseeing daily office operations and leading the CSR team across two in-office locations (Fulton, MD and Chantilly, VA). Responsible for coordinating between customer service, sales, and field teams; scheduling, dispatching, and real-time adjustments; maintaining organization and accountability; coaching and developing CSRs; hiring, onboarding, and training. Drives CRM data accuracy (Zoho), workflows, and SOPs while supporting reporting and performance tracking. Focus on high-quality customer experience, responsive communication, and seamless coordination between office and field operations across Tune-Ups, Retail Projects, and Solar lines.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in office management, operations, or customer service leadership
- Experience supervising or mentoring team members
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working in a fully in-office role across two locations
