Job Summary
Office Manager needed in Austin, TX to oversee an in-person operations-focused workplace. Responsibilities include monitoring and restocking office food pantry and supplies, coordinating food catering, supervising cleaning crew, coordinating special events, handling uniforms production coordination, tracking office expenses and receipts, supporting new office build-out furniture procurement, organizing shipping/receiving, and provisioning employee equipment. Requires relevant operations and project management experience, proficiency with spreadsheet software, and strong references. The role is a part-time hourly contract with growth potential, with in-person presence in Austin and a small portion expected to be hybrid/remote.
