Job Summary

Office Manager position supporting the Development Department and related divisions. Responsible for daily office operations, visitor reception, payments processing for permits and licenses, fee calculations, deposits, scheduling and coordinating meetings and trainings, drafting correspondence and forms, processing requisitions and invoices, serving as main point of contact for public inquiries, intake/review of permit applications, data entry for permit records, coordinating inspections, notifying utilities, and maintaining organized records. Requires strong administrative abilities, attention to detail in fee processing and compliance with city procedures, proficiency with office software, and effective interpersonal and communications skills to support department workflows and city initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of apprenticeship/internship or equivalent experience in a related position
  • Experience in office management or administrative support roles
  • Knowledge of office software and systems and basic accounting/purchasing procedures
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
