Job Summary
Office Manager at City National Bank overseeing branch operations and supporting the Branch/Regional Manager. Responsibilities include supervising branch staff, delivering excellent customer service, promoting and cross-selling bank products, opening and maintaining customer product accounts, assisting with loan applications and loan closings, meeting production goals for retail loans and referrals, developing customer relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requires understanding of banking products and services, CSR standards, knowledge of operating systems and procedures, ability to multi-task, and professional appearance. Must comply with NMLS requirements within 30 days of employment; 2+ years of sales/service and customer service experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of demonstrated sales and service skills
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Banking experience preferred
- Compliance with SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act and Regulation Z (NMLS registration and background check)
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
