Job Summary
Oversee daily Health Center operations by managing administrative staff, coordinating facility activities, and ensuring adherence to corporate policies and regulatory standards. Allocate personnel to cover staff shortages, manage time sheets and PTO requests, and supervise the opening and closing of the center. Direct financial processes including cash management, petty cash verification, billing audits, and payment corrections while maintaining accurate inventory records. Act as the primary point of contact for patient advocacy, Baker Act cases, and community events, ensuring efficient patient flow and scheduling. Collaborate with clinical, facilities, and human resources teams to support employee competencies, safety protocols, and emergency response plans.
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS in business related field
- BS in Health Services Administration
- Five years of supervisor experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of healthcare operations
- Knowledge of billing
- Electronic Health Record experience
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- CPI Training certification
- Ability to work independently
- Proven management and supervising skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Human relation skills
- Organizational skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Variable shifts
