Job Summary
Office Manager responsible for delivering the Brand of Certainty across stakeholders for CertaPro Painters franchise. Lead office administration, manage CRM (CertaOne), and oversee invoicing in QuickBooks, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and budgeting. Coordinate production scheduling, track project status, maintain vendor relationships, prepare sales materials, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting. Requires strategic thinking, strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and a track record of attainment. Occasional travel to conferences and events is expected. Minimum 3+ years of Office Manager experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks; Spanish fluency is a preferred qualification.
