Job Summary
Manage office operations by hiring, training, and holding the team accountable for performance goals and daily productivity. Serve as the primary liaison between corporate and office staff, filtering newsletters, policy updates, and correspondence while ensuring effective communication between front and back offices. Oversee financial controls including daily deposits, petty cash, payroll accuracy, and accounts receivables collection. Maintain office security, inventory, and supply cost-effectiveness while ensuring staff complete required safety training and radiation badge tracking. Provide coverage across multiple offices as needed and respond to patient complaints with professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in business, or equivalent
- three years working experience
- working knowledge of the front and back office healthcare operation
- Effective communication skills
- time management skills
- Understanding of general dental terminology
- Intermediate computer skills
- working knowledge of Internet Explorer
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
- working knowledge of dental office software
