Job Summary
Office Manager at California Autism Center (CAC) in Fresno, CA. Lead and inspire the administrative team to support clinicians, coordinate client and staff schedules, assist in hiring and training office staff, manage billing/payroll/reporting, maintain accurate data and records, and act as the liaison between the treatment center and the administrative office to ensure smooth clinical operations and a positive, client-centered environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related fields preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with practice management software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and deliver excellent customer service
- Team leadership and collaboration with treatment directors
- Experience in scheduling and payroll/billing processes
