Job Summary
Office Manager at Caliber Collision Service Center in Myrtle Beach. Responsibilities include assisting front office with necessary tools and information, providing payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for center associates, maintaining Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, and implementing cash handling procedures to company standards, while delivering a world-class customer experience and ensuring SOPs are applied through ongoing training and monitoring. Requires effective verbal and written communication, ability to navigate multiple software systems (e.g., Microsoft Office), prioritization in a fast-paced environment, and personable customer service to internal and external customers.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
- 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
