Job Summary
Supervise office staff and procedures while reporting and tracking productivity. Create a culture of learning by coaching current and new Customer Service Representative staff. Handle customer complaint escalations for the branch and manage branch collections, including credits and account cancellations. Produce and manage branch production reports. Participate in the branch office staffing process with HR and the Service Center Operations Manager. This role supports Bug House's mission to protect and enhance client homes, leveraging industry-leading training and a recession-resistant market within the Georgia pest control sector.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience with Bug House Pest Control; including experience in operational functions
- Excellent knowledge of Bug House systems such as Pest Pac, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Acts with integrity by keeping commitments
- Serves as a Bug House Brand Ambassador, always focusing on the highest level of professionalism and image standards
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Demonstrate coaching and development ability through strong written and verbal communication
